Welcome to the Team

Dave and Trish Nabrotzky welcome you to their team!

Team Diamond, one of the four teams lead by four masters, is lead by none other than my Aunt and Uncle. They are a hard working, family loving, always ready to listen team. Dave and Trish are the happy parents of six children. Trish's favorite thing is her job, motherhood. While this job is often a 24/7 gig, she is willing to take some time away from it (and her own sparse free time) to work on Mialisia. To me, that shows how big this company can be.

Dave used to be the proud co owner of a multi million dollar construction company. He essentially sold the company to go onto bigger and better things, like creating a new business of his own. When he had investors interested, Sean and Annelise Brown walked in with this idea. Abandoning all his other projects, Dave dived into the project. Dave is also a Pastor at his church.

If my Aunt and Uncle can find the time for Mialisia with their busy schedules, then I would strongly recommend you do to! This is one opportunity you do NOT want to miss!

Mialisia Compensation Plan

If you missed the historic meeting at Thanksgiving Point, we will be posting some videos from that conference. In this video, Sean Brown Talks about the compensation plan.

Mialisia President - 2013 Prelaunch

A message from Sean Brown, President of Mialisia Jewelry. In this video, he talks about the company and the benefits of joining.

Sean talks about his wife, Annelise and how she has spent the last three months designing jewelry. The audience was even able to see her work. I was impressed with several pieces, and am ready to show them off!

Sean also discusses how most companies start out from the basement and hire as they can afford it. While that is often the American Dream, there is also room for mistakes. What Mialisia is able to do is hire people who have the experience and expertise to help them avoid those mistakes. Mialisia can do that because they are well capitalized (they can afford it) and have excellent investors.

In this video, you can also see the audience- well over a hundred people.

The Perfect Job

Most kids knew what they wanted to be when they grew up. The either wanted to be a teacher or a cop. Me? I wanted to be a Dolphin Trainer at Sea World.

While that dream has yet to be realized, I did go off to college, in search of getting an education- and then a job.

A Degree

I started off my college career a little early by normal standards- apparently most 13 year olds didn't dream about starting college- I still faced the same problem. What to major in.

Liberal arts became the focus for my associate's degree, and I left the community college at 16.

BYU-Idaho

Life got more interesting at BYU-I, and while I did enjoy my major, I still faced one important question- what would I do when I graduate?

Becoming a writer is a good idea, but writing novels takes time, patience, determination, and a little luck. Making money from it is a different matter.

So what job should I take in the meantime? I spent four long years trying to figure that out.

The Dark Ages

Being laid off from your first job can be difficult, even if it was in telemarketing. I won't even go into the next two- make that three.

The next stop at finding the perfect job was an Internship as an editor at Cedar Fort. While I loved working there, it was also unpaid. I tried getting a job there, but the stars were not In Alignment for me.

Enter Mialisia

When approached with the chance to join Mialisia as a Designer, I immediately agreed, though I did have my doubts. I wondered how I could make a living selling jewelry; but I trusted Trish and put my best foot forward.

After being apart of the company for only a few short weeks, I can say that I now know how I can make a living selling jewelry. The compensation plan is uncompareable, the concept unheard of- except from their old line- and I was in the middle of it!

A chance of a lifetime

Right now, Mialisia is accepting applications from women- and men- who are interesting in becoming a founding designer. The spots are limited and filling up more quickly than predicted; it would be wise to act fast. Email me at mialisiadesignblt@gmail.com to learn more about this amazing company and how you can get on an opportunity call, held by one of the Masters of Mialisia.

Trust me, this is one opportunity you do not want to let pass you by!

From Blingtime to Mialisia

Three years ago, Annelise Brown created Blingtime (the old line). It was hard work, full of trials, and not enough money to go around- but it was worth it.

The Idea

Annelise loved Jewelry, the only problem was she had too many to pieces and not enough outfits to wear them with. Then, one of her friends asked if she would share a boutique with her. Annelise decided it was a good idea to join in, but she needed to create the jewelry.

One night, when she couldn't fall asleep, the idea came to her. Instead of just one hook, why not two ("Why no one else thought of this, I don't know," said Annelise during the Historic meeting at Thanksgiving Point.) She spent the entire night working on her new project. When she went to the boutiqe with her friend, she sold nearly all of the jewelry she had made by hand- making 2,000 dollars. When she came home and told her husband this, they knew Annelise was onto something.

Getting Started

Starting a business can be one of the most difficult things; but Annelise and Sean knew if they kept at it, they could change the way women look at jewelry.

After accumulating many blisters on her fingers, Annelise decided to hire women to put together the jewelry.

It took off from there! But that doesn't necessarily mean that the dough started rolling in. Annalise and Sean decided they wanted to make Blingtime even bigger!

Trying things out

Sean and Annelise tried several things to get their business going. They tried retail, and kiosks (like te ones you see in the mall) but they found it lacked the personal touch the jewelry needed.

Then Mialisia jewelry and home parties was born! They found that the personal touch would be able to sell the jewelry- Home Parties. They found investors in Utah, and it took off from there! They asked Trish and Dave Nabrotzky to take over Blingtime so they could get started on Mialisia.

How you can join

Creating Designs

How to Create New Designs

Creating new looks for women with Mialisia Jewelry can be fairly easy. With the patent pending hooks on each necklace, and extension necklaces, you can combine three pieces of jewelry to create a whole new look.

Do you have a plain tee that needs a little something to spice things up? Try putting on a scarf and mix an extension necklaces with a base necklace. Suddenly that boring tee is now your favorite outfit!

The use of Bag Bling

Putting jewelry on purses hasn't often been heard of, but with Mialisia, almost anything is possible. You can add these fancy blings to give your purse a face lift.

Trade Shows with Blingtime

Working with trade shows was both exhilarating, entertaining, and a lot of hard work. I soon fell in love with trade shows and the rush of selling jewelry.

Not just selling

My experience in sales is not that extensive, and I generally hate sales people, so I was hesitant to start. But I shortly found out that the concept and product would sell itself. I didn't have to worry about any sales tactics, people bought the jewelry on their own.

Learning how to demo

Talking in front of people without proper preparation isn't necessarily my forte, but perfection isn't necessarily something reached with practice. And the only practice I was going by talking in front of people. I learned how to rearrange jewelry from Stacie, the sister of Annalise- founder of Mialisia. To my surprise, it wasn't that difficult and easy to learn. I guess that means it is easier for customers to learn it!

Caramel Apples

One way to help pass the time is to get some Caramel apples from your local chocolate stand. Those apples quickly became a favorite of mine. Good thing I was making money working for Blingtime!

Trade shows and Mialisia

While the sister of the creator may not be there, designers will be able to attend trade shows. Trade shows can make more money than house parties, and can give you potential recruits.

A Historic Meeting

On May 23, 2013, Mialisia had its first ever meeting at Thanksgiving Point, Utah. At the meeting, the heads of the company spoke, introducing themselves, talking about how they joined the company, and their experience.

Trish Nabrotzkky

Trish started by talking about her favorite job, her children. She also tied in the fact that she and her husband traveled across the country with her six kids. Trish talked about how she got into the company, went to craft shows to sell the jewelry, and her experience with the old company, Blingtime. She emphasised her belief in Mialisia. That she wouldn't give up time with her kids for something that can't go big.

Dave Nabrotzky

Dave talked about his experience with working as a business man, being the father of six children, and his love for his wife. He mentioned that if you had told him ten years ago his future career choice would be to work with jewelry, he would have thought you were crazy!

Annalise Brown

The creator of Mialisia told us about her three year journey working with jewelry. She described how she got blisters on her hands, worked all night putting beads together, and her surprise when she made two thousand in a 6 hour period. I was surprised when she told us she only dabbled in jewelry, and now she has a thriving business.

Sean Brown

Sean showed us a few PowerPoint slides; giving us more information about the company. One thing that stood out was his word- Fashionista aka hostess. If you don't like the word- don't tell him!

Arianne Morgan

The audience was surprised by her excessive experience with merchandise, sales, and business. Arianne claimed that she is good at one thing- making money. She also admitted that she didn't often listen to and accept pitches about products. But the opportunity and the chance to make a lot of money caused her to take a chance and leave her job- one she has worked for 15 years. Arianne ended with, "If you have any questions, come up to me and we can talk. If you don't think this is a good idea, come up to me and we can figure out what is wrong with your brain."

Meeting the Masters

It was great to be able to finally meet with the people in charge of Mialisia. Not only was it a chance to learn more about the company I would be working and recruiting for, it was a chance to meet the people I would be working with.

What Does it Mean to be a Designer?

When I first heard my job title, I couldn't help but be confused. I am not designing Jewelry, I'm just helping people find new looks with the Inter-changeable Jewelry. It was then that I realized that is exactly what it means to be an Independant designer for Mialisia Jewelry.

Not Just a Sales Lady

Whenever someone says the word 'sales' most people have feelings of annoyance and irritation. As I often feel those things when thinking of sales, I was hesitant to sell Jewelry. I was then told that this isn't your average sales job. The product sells itself. Because of the patent pending hooks, there are endless possibilities to creating new looks. Because this product is generally unheard of, it has the ability to sell better than your average necklace.

Upon reflection, I realized this was true- as I had seen the jewelry sell itself with my own eyes. Working with the old line, BlingTime, I was able to attend trade shows to sell the jewelry. All I had to do was show customers how the product works, and they would take it from there. New looks would be created, and the pesky word 'sales' wasn't brought up.

An Opportunity of a Lifetime

Right now, Mialisia is the the pre-launch phase. We are working to hire consultants who are interested in working with jewelry, and making money. The compensation plan is unheard of and very generous. For more information, simply e-mail me (Breanna) at mialisiadesignblt@gmail.com
